What is the solutions of the inequality? 12x - 3x + 11 > 4x - (17 - 9x)

    Hello,

    For this 12x-3x+11>4x - (17-9x) let's rewrite it as:

    12x-3x+11>4x-17+9x

    Now combine like terms:

    9x+11>13x-17

    Subtract 9x and add 17 to get:

    28>4x

    Divide by 4:

    7>x or rewritten as:

    x<7
