There may be sexism present in this workplace.

One way to look at the data is to determine the percent of each sex that got promoted.

For the men, it was 21 out 24 or 87.5%.

For the women, it was 14 out of 24 or 58.3%.

That is more than a 29% difference. That doesn't prove that there is sexism, but it does raise more questions.
