What makes this question wrong?: When you divide a number by

1/2

, the result is

A) half the original number.

B) twice the original number.

C) 50% of the original number.

D) 100% of the original number.

The answer is B)

But i chose A)

    The answer is B because when you divide by 2 you get half of the number. But when you divide by 1/2 you do the opposite, so you multiply by the reciprocal.
