    9x + 7

    Step-by-step explanation:

    Joe's age = x

    sister's age = x + 2

    brother's age = x + 2 + 3

    parents' age = 3x * 2 because they are two

    Expression = x + x+2+x+2+3+6x

    =9x + 7
