A rectangle, a rhombus, a kite, a trapezoid and a parallelogram are all examples of quadrilaterals which are not square.

Thus a rectangle or a rhombus, or any 4 sided shape that does not have all four sides the same length AND all angles 90 degrees.

So the answer is "is a parallelogram with perpendicular diagonals"
