1/4 |2 - 4x| < 5/2 - 2x

    The answer is x<2 cause 1/4 (2) and 1/4 (-4) which gives you 1/2-x < 5/2-2x

    I did - 1/2 to both sides so 1/2 cancels out and 5/2-1/2 is 2

    -x < 2-2x so I did + 2x on both sides so 2x is canceled out and - x+2x is x

    1x<2 which is x<2
