    To multiply, multiply the numerators together and the denominators together.

    Example: 1/2 x 3/4 = 3/8

    To divide, multiply the first fraction by the reciprocal of the second.

    Example: 1/2 / 3/4 - > 1/2 x 4/3 = 4/6
