A taxi cab costs $1.50 for the first mile and $0.75 for each additional mile. which equation could be solved to find how many miles you can travel in a taxi for $10, given that x is the number of additional miles?

A. 1.5x + 0.75 = 10

B. 0.75x + 1.5 = 10

C. 1.5x - o. 75 = 10

D. 0.75x - 1.5 = 10

    The x has to be times the additional miles value or 0.75

    A and C are wrong

    1.50+0.75x=10

    B is answer

    I think it should (B) because $1.50 only count once and the $0.75 is going to count every time so the equation should be 0.75 * + 1.5 = 10 should be the answer.
