Jack has no more than $24 to spend on DVD's for a party. Each DVD rents for $4. Find the maximum number of DVD's jack can rent for his party. answer must be written on a number line

    Assuming he spends all the $24 on renting DVD's we can simply divide the money he has available with the price of each DVD in order to know how many he can buy.

    $24/$4 = 6

    Jack can rent a maximum of 6 DVD's
