What property is used to transform the equation 3x + 2y + 14 = 32 into 3x + 2y + x - 2y = 32?

    In here, x - 2y = 14

    Substituting the left hand-side of this equation to the "14" in 3x + 2y + 14 = 32 would result in 3x + 2y + x - 2y = 32.
