Find the y-intercept and x-intercept of the line.

5x-3y=14

    arrange the equation first

    3y=5x-14

    divide by 3

    y = (5/3) x - (14/3)

    y-intercept = - 14/3

    X-intercept

    put Y = 0

    x = (14/3) (3/5)

    x=14/5
