    We are given the equation:

    h = 22,000 - 480 t

    where h is height. The plane will land when h = 0, therefore:

    0 = 22,000 - 480 t

    480 t = 22,000

    t = 45.83 minutes

    hence the plane will land after 45.83 minutes
