What is 4x+3y = - 5 and - 3x+4y=12 in elimination?

    4x+3y=-5 ... (1)

    -3x+4y=12 ... (2)

    By 3 (1) + 4 (2) gives

    12 x+9y-12x+16y=-15+48

    25y=33

    y=33/25=1.32

    from (1)

    4x+3 (33/25) = -5

    4x=-5-99/25 = (-125-99) / 25=-224/25

    x=-224/100=-2.24
