    The actual building is 220 foot high.

    We can use the proportion:

    H : W = 25 in : 10 in

    220 : x = 25 : 10

    220 * 10 = 25 x

    2,200 = 25 x

    x = 2,200 : 25

    x = 88 ft

    Answer: The actual building is 88 ft wide.
