Am going to assume - (1/2) x
- (1/2) x - 2 < - 6x + 6
-0.5x + 6x < 6 + 2
5.5x < 8
x < 8/5.5
x < 16/11

Lets move the alike terms together - 1/2x+6x< 6+2
11/2x<8
x=16/11
