    1. 8 bags - each bag would contain 6 cookies

    2. 16 bags - each bag would contain 3 cookies

    3. 24 bags - each bag would contain 2 cookies

We need to find what numbers can multiply into 48

    1 and 48, 2, and 24, 3 and 16, 4 and 12, and 6 and 8.

    So she can fill 1 bag with 48 each, 48 bags with 1 each, 2 bags with 24 each, 24 bags with 2 each, 3 with 16, 16 with 3, 4 with 12, 12 with 4, 4 with 8, or 8 with 6.

You just need to pick 3 of the possibilities I gave you.

I'd pick 12 with 4 in each, 8 with 6 in each, and 6 with 8 in each
