    1st method:Those who shopped that day: 2500 x 60% = 2500 x 0.6 = 1,500

    Those who didn't shop: 2500 - 1500 = 1,000

    2nd method: 60% out of 100% shopped that day, but (100%-60%) = 40% didn't shop that day: 2500 x 40% = 2500 x 0.4 = 1,000
