    If by that you mean

    24x^3 and 14x^2 * y^2,

    The Gcf between them is

    2x^2

    Proof: 24x^3/2x^2 = 12x

    (14x^2 * y^2) / 2x^2 = 7y^2

since there is no common factor between 12x and 7y^2, 2x^2 is the greates common factor
