    5 ft x 10 ft.

    (2) 5ft + (2) 10ft = 30 ft.

    5 x 10 = 50 sq ft

    Perimeter of rectangle = 2L + 2W

    Area = L x W

    L x W = 50

    2L + 2W = 30

    There's a quick way to determine this. Find the factors of 50 as a product.

    2 x 25, 5 x 10.

    We can use these factors as sides (dimensions).

    2x2 + 2x25 = 4 + 50 = 54, incorrect factors.

    2x5 + 2x10 = 10 + 20 = 30, correct.

    Your dimensions are 5 and 10.
