Circle 1 has center (-4, 5) and a radius of 6 cm. Circle 2 has (2, - 3) and a radius 9 cm. What transformations can be applied to Circle 1 to prove that the circles are similar? Enter your answers in the boxes. Enter the scale factor as a fraction in simplest form.

    A dilation of 1.5 centered at (-4,5) and shifted up 6 and left 8 should get you the transformations; scale factor is 3/2 because 9/6=3/2
