    20 (-1.5r + 0.75)

    here, you need to distribute the "20" to the inside of your parentheses. you'll be multiplying 20 and - 1.5 first:

    -30r

    then 20*0.75 second:

    -30r + 15 is your expanded expression. you can't combine like terms any further.
