    462 mi

    Step-by-step explanation:

    Gloria gets 420 mi/tank.

    10 % of 420 is

    420 * 0.10 = 42 mi

She will be able to drive an extra 42 mi.

    420 + 42 = 462 mi

With her new tires, a tank of gas will take her 462 mi.
