You have to use 2 ones to reach 370. Then use tens to reach 400. Once your at 400 you can use hundreds to reach 500. All up you are using 2 ones, 3 tens and 1 hundred.

368, 369, 370, 371, 372 ... and so on you are counting by ones so it's just like counting 1 ... 2 ... 3
