    45-41=4

    I'm pretty sure you need to find what percent = 4/45

    Then divide 4/45=0.0888888

    Percent=parts out of 100

    x/100=x%

    0.0888/1 times 100/100=8.8888/00

    The answer is 8.88888%. This is not one of the choices so you would round up and get 8.9% and the answer is: 8.9% (C)
