    Since 1 ladybug=.8cm, a row of 5 ladybugs would be 4cm long.

    (.8 x 5 = 4)

Legnth total=number of ladybugs times legnth per ladybug

    5 times 0.8=4centimeters

    1 centimeter=10 milimeters

    4 centimeters times 10=40 milimeters

    40 milimeters
