    5.6 because when you divide 28 and 5 you get 5.6 remember / <- - this means divide

    The answer is 5.60.

    if you want to do it without a cal, then just think how 5*5=25, that leaves you with a remainder of 3, so to get 5 to 100, multiply by 20, then you also have to multiply 3 by 20 which equals 60. thus you know the answer is 5.60
