    Given:

    cook books : 3 x 18.89 = 56.67 - 5 discount = 51.67

    set of cups: 2.68

    kitchen utensils: 4 x 5.35 = 21.4

    cooling rack: 9.60

    51.67 + 2.68 + 21.4 + 9.60 = 85.35

    85.35 falls under $50 up to $100 $5.25 $9.50 shipping charges.

    85.35 + 5.25 = 90.60 standard shipping

    85.35 + 9.50 = 94.85 express shipping

    Billed amount: 94.35

Ross was not billed correctly. His correct bill should be 90.60. There is an over charge of 3.75

    94.35 - 90.60 = 3.75

    c. Ross has been over charged by $3.75 for his purchase.
