Jimmy's class has 4 jump ropes, and their average length is 1 1/2 meters. One jump rope is 3/4 meters, the second jump rope is 1 meter, and the third jump rope is 2 1/2 meters. What is the length of the fourth jump rope?

    The average provided = 112

    So

    Let x = be the total length

    X = 4 (112)

    X = 448

    Therefore,

    34m + 1m + 212m = 247m

    448m - 247m = 201 length of the fourth jump rope
