In humans, a cleft chin is dominant and no-cleft is recessive. what will the generations look like? assume that mendel's method of crossing two true breeding parents with opposite traits is followed.

    They would all be heterozygous.

    Let's say C = dominant for cleft chin and c = recessive for no cleft chin.

    Parent 1 has CC and Parent 2 has cc

    If you cross CC and cc, all offspring will be Cc

    Which means that they will be heterozygous for a cleft chin.
