    Let variable Y correspond to bodybuilding fast, and the variable X to bulking up. The inequalities are:

    • Amount of fat > = x

    • Amount of protein >=y

    • Amount of carbohydrate <=y

    More fat is needed to bulk up. More protein is required to build fast and fewer carbs is needed to build up.
