How to delete or unsubscribe from app

If your on an Iphone, and you want to delete an app, hold down on the app, until is wiggles, and press the x, then press delete. To unsubscribe, the next time they send u an email, go the bottom of the email, and their should be an unsubscribe button. If not then just reply saying you want to unsubscribe.

Push down on it if you have an android phone and drag it to uninstall. For email, send a request for it to stop sending you messages.
