    X - 4 (y + 1) - 5 = 0 = > x - 4y - 4 - 5 = 0 = > x - 4y - 9 = 0 = > 4y = x - 9 = > y = 1/4 x - 9/4

    Therfore, slope = 1/4 and y-intercept = - 9/4
