Tortoise A walks 52.0 feet per hour and tortise B walks 12 inches per minute. Which tortoise travels faster? Explain.

    To find how long first you need to be using the same unit of measurement. So what you do is times 12 by 60 (number of minutes in an hour). That equals to 720 inches per minute. Now you divide by 12. That means Tortoise B walks 60 feet per hour.
