206.25 mg of sodium per hour.

The triathlete will drink 3 bottles of 20oz drinks (3*20 = 60oz total). There is 110 mg per 8 oz serving. 60/8=7.5 servings. 110 mg per serving is 110*7.5 = 825 total mg sodium. there are 4 hours to divide the sodium by. 825/4=206.25mg sodium
