    10

    Step-by-step explanation:

    one part = x

    other part = 28-x

    6/5 of one part = 2/3 of the other no.

    6/5x = 2/3 (28 - x)

    u get 9x = 5 (28 - x)

    so 9x = 140-5x

    9x + 5x = 140

    14x = 140

    then x is equal to 10

    one part = 10

    other part = 28 - 10

    so the smaller part is 10.

    have a nice day diser
