    13x+6y=-30

    x-2y=-4

    This means that ... 6y = - 30 - 13x ... y = - 13x/6 - 5 (a)

    (b) x+4 = 2y ... y = x/2 + 2

    The Solution is (-2.625,0.688) so the best estimate is (-2.5, 0.75)
