I don't understand 6+3t=8t-14

20=5t because you subtract 3t from 8t and you get 5t. then you add 14 to 6 and get 20. so you get 20=5t

You would begin by moving the negative 14 to the other side, and 3t to the other side, which would make it 20=5t. From there, you would divide 20 by 5 to get 4.
