You want to apply a weed killer to your lawn. The directions on the bottle call for mixing 3 ounces of weed killer with 2 gallons of water. Your sprayer holds 5 gallons. In order to completely fill the sprayer with a proper mixture, how many ounces of weed killer must you use?

    3 ounces x 2.5 = 7.5 ounces of weed killer
