How many solutions does the following equation have

-6y+13+9y=8y-3

A=no solution

B=exactly one solutions

C=infinitely many solutions

    3y+13=8y-3

    then

    3y+13-13=8y-3-13

    3y=8y-16

    3y-8y=8y-16-8y

    -4y=-16

    -4y/4=-16/4

    the answer is - 4
