For the linear equation - 7x+3y=63, determine the slope, determine y - intercept if it exists, and express equation in slope-intercept form.

    ax+by=c

    slope=-a/b

    y intercpept=c/b

    -7x+3y=63

    a=-7

    b=3

    c=63

    slope = - (-7) / 3=7/3

    yint=63/3=21

    slope=7/3

    y intercept=21
