A group of 17 friends want to go boating. Each boat can hold a maximum of 4 people.

How many boats will they need so that all of them can go boating at the same time?

    4 * 4 = 16. One left over.

    Will need to take 5 boats so nobody is left out.

    They will need 5 boats and in a fraction it will look like this 4 1/4
