In the last election, candidate b recieved twice as many votes as canadidate a. canadidate c recieved 15,000 fewer votes than candidate a. if the total of 109,000 votes were cast, how many votes did cadidate b recieved

    B = 2A

    C = A - 15000

    N = 109000

    A + B + C = 109000

    A + 2A + A - 15000 = 109000

    A = 23500

    B = 23500 X 2

    B = 47000

    C = 8500
