Josh wanted to buy a new shirt for a school dance. At the store, he couldn't decide between a

purple plaid shirt and a scarlet striped shirt. Since the shirts were on sale for $19.95 each,

Josh decided to buy them both. He saved a total of $9.10. If he saved the same amount on

each shirt, what was the original price of each one?
