    50 km/h

    Step-by-step explanation:

Before the speed adjustments, their speeds were in the ratio 3:2. The difference in their speeds was 10 + 10 = 20 km/h, corresponding to a difference of 3-2 = 1 ratio unit.

    Hence the faster car was traveling at 3 * (20 km/h) = 60 km/h, and the slower car was traveling at 2 * (20 km/h) = 40 km/h. After the speed adjustments, both cars are traveling at 50 km/h.
