    98.4 mph

    Step-by-step explanation:

Bobby has 10 miles to go, speed 82 mph, so the time is 10/82 hours.

Rick has 12 miles to go and has to do it in 10/82 hr

    Speed is 12 / (10/82)

    i. e 12:10/82 = 12 * 82/10

    =984/10 = 98.4 mph
