Find three consecutive integers such that 3 times the sum of the first and second is one greater than 4 times the third.

    Let the integers be a, a+1 and a+2

    from question

    3 (a + a+2) > 4 (a+1)

    6a+6> 4a+4

    2a> - 2

    a> - 1

    any integer greater than - 1 is the answer.
