    You can see that is a ellipse so the equations with the signs (-) cant be because they are hyperbolas.

    So that eliminates B and C.

    It would be an ellipse:

    horizontal ellipse: x^2 / a^2 + y^2 / b^2 = 1

    where 2a is length of major axis 2b is minor axis thus a = 10, b=8

    x^2/100 + y^2/64=1
