The formula for the volume of a pyramid is v=bh/3 where h is the height of the pyramid and B is the area of the base.

Rewrite the formula in terms of B, the area of the base. In your final answer, include all of your work.

    flip

    1/3bh=v

    divide both by h/3

    so ...

    b = (3v/h)
