    In order to get towards the final answer, you have to first figure out what the quotient of 15:3 is.

    Quotient is the answer of a division equation. For example 6:2=3. 3 is the quotient.

    The quotient would be 5.

    Now you have to subtract 5 from the sum of 33 and 7.

    33+7=40 ⇒ 40-5=35. The answer is C.
