    The correct answer would be B because in the question, it states that the builders would like to have a few extra ties in case any breaks or the sort. A definitely wouldn't be correct because we're not getting any extra, and C is rounding down, which means that we won't have enough to finish the track. The remaining answer is B.

    66 rounded up to ten is 70

    129 rounded up is 130

    added we get 200
